« Somewhat my fault for not recognizing this is sort of a hybrid Bed and Breakfast/VRBO type facility. Expedia did not really make that clear. Requires signing up for check-in web app to get entry code. No on-sight desk staff. Not a problem, but should be more prominent on Expedia listing. Promised evening dining options were not available due to apparent staff turnover. « It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again. »

« Breakfast was great. The room was nice but true to its name it is Historic. Don’t go in there thinking it will be modern and updated. It is not. I believe that adds to its charm. You are centrally located near the activities on the Parkway. »

« The staff at the Bistro were very nice and helpful. Prices were on the high side but the same can be said for all of Gatlinburg. If you find you forgot something, there is a Walgreens within walking distance. »

« The parking was free, which is huge in downtown Gatlinburg. The water park kept the kids occupied and was fun. Breakfast was a nice variety; the pancake machine wasn’t working so the grandkids were bummed. We had a problem at check-in but that was eventually resolved. The hotel is conveniently located so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. »

« This isn’t a fancy place to stay but it is clean, convenient and a great value. Steps from the strip so dinner and entertainment are right there without having to fight traffic to get to places. Very close to the Great Smoky Mtns National Park. Staff was very nice and helpful. »

« Fantastic!! Loved the balcony on the water the room was spacious and getting in and out with a door code made it a breeze not to keep up with a key. The breakfast was over the top delicious the French toast, blueberry pancakes and coffee was outstanding!! The dinner was even better, hats off to their chef hang on to these people and don't ever let them go!! Stephanie the bartender made us feel extremely welcomed and man can she whip up some fantastic drinks. Mandie was new and she provides...
