« It wasn't planned however when the need to find a temporary home in Upstate New York, this cottage fit all our needs. They allowed pets and we frequently travel with our animals. Our dog loved running around in the snow. The cottage was welcoming and warm. We slept like babies and enjoyed a nice and quiet Christmas day away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were quick and responsive, and we enjoyed talking with them. Our dog even found a friend in Ollie to run around with. There was nothing...

« Loved the house, the area and the lake. House is as described, lake is lovely, tons of things to do just at the house and almost hard to leave and explore the area! Our families threw a dart at the map this year for our vacation and we ended up with one of the best trips we’ve had in a long time. Indian and Mountain View Lakes are hidden gems in the Adirondacks and the house is full of history and tradition. Thanks to the owners for sharing this house! »

« We were visiting family in SRF and picked this property because of its location. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. Very clean and well appointed. The shower was very nice complete with a variety of body wash, etc. Very large and comfortable couch. We used the king sized bed which was also very comfortable. All in all a great place to stay and with 4 bedrooms we would come with more family. Thank you to our host. »
