Kinburn Manor

Beaucoup d'espace dans cette maison rustique. La maison est très grande et permet de faire des activités dans la maison. Belle piscine mais n'était pas nettoyée. Belle expérience entre amis!

Très agréable, le manoir est très bien équipé, tout était ok. Manque de lumière à l’extérieur, par contre… j’en ai parlé au proprio qui va s’en occuper.

We had three generations staying at the home to celebrate college graduations. There was space for everyone and we really enjoyed the history and beauty of the home. It worked out great for all of us!

Our stay at Kilburn Manor was wonderful! This house is perfect for a large family gathering. The Manor was very well stocked, more than most properties we have stayed at. It's so warm and cozy, with enough room that no one felt cramped. The Manor is so charming, loved the Victorian feel! The Manor was very clean, all bathrooms were stocked with necessities and everything worked great! The host Luc, was very responsive. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again!Thank you!

Lovely week in Malone

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Kilburn Manor. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out within the house and we swam in the heated pool every day. Luc was a great resource whenever we had a question.

Great old manor in downtown Malone. Plenty of space for large family. Pool is very nice. Properly is off the main drag so don’t even know you are in the town. Luc was a very responsive and helpful host.

Nostalgic college tour

We’re a bunch of SUNY Potsdam alumni who graduated 30ish years ago. Visited the college campus and stayed at this property in nearby Malone, NY. We loved the property. Perfect for our group! Charming, spacious, and clean.

It was a very interesting house, with an eclectic decor. Each room has a different theme, with something for everyone. With 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms, our group of 11 people were able to spread out and have plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool was nice too.

Awesome historic home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kilburn Manor. The house was plenty big to spread out and the electric mix of furniture was great. Best part was the pool where the grandkids became fish as they never wanted to leave it!!

A long overdue get together

This amazing home and property allowed for our families to enjoy an amazing time together before and after a wedding. We were able to swim, play games on the large side lawn, sit down for large meals together, and enjoy card games during after hours. We loved how grand the house was and that almost all of us had our own full bathrooms - what a nice treat! We hope to have another excuse to come back and stay at this beautiful manor again.

Excellent Stay!

Me & my family stayed at this rental to attend a Wedding at Titus Mountain. It was super convenient. The owner & property manager were incredibly accommodating, easily accessible, and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend Kilburn Manor and will book it again the next time I come to Malone for a visit.

Family Reunion

Kilburn Manor was an absolute gem. Plenty of amenities. 13 adults shared the property comfortably. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool made our stay more comfortable in the heat of the summer. Air conditioning available in every room. If you’re on the fence about renting this property, look no further.

Property is great for large groups that require private bathrooms. We were in town for a memorial service and 5 couples. The property was clean. Kitchen well equipped and very clean. High quality dishes. The owner communicated effectively and allowed early check in. Very accommodating. The property is old and the bedrooms are smaller with only a single king bed available. Our group didn’t mind queen and twin options. The beds were very comfortable (mattress toppers) nice bedding. The bathrooms were equipped with plush towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The living room and gas fireplace was lovely. Our visit was in April and the weather did not permit outside activities. I can’t comment on the pool or outer area. In general the property works well however it is a bit “old and tired” on the outside and could use some TLC.

Massena Funeral

We had our Mother's burial in Massena and that brought 5 adult children including spouses from all over the country. The decision to rent this house was meaningful for all of us. It kept us altogether during this difficult time. Although sad, the love, comfort of all being together help tremendously. Wonderful place. We will never forget it.

Such a beautiful comfortable home

This historical home is just so cool. My kids kept finding new treasures throughout the home. We used it as homebase for my son's wedding and extended family and friends were very comfortable. Enough spaces, rooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy time together and apart. My kids LOVED the pool which was very comfortable temperature for September. Hard to believe that this is downtown Malone since it feels so secluded. Since it was wedding weekend, my kids didn't feel that that got to enjoy the house to the fullest, so are wanting to return again to just recreate. Clean, well stocked with linens, supplies etc.. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles.

Creating souvenirs inside a manoir full of memories

We decide to choose this nice manoir inside a little town in New York because it was close.to Montreal and had plenty of room for group of 12. But with the life change we finish with 15 that all sleep well in a soundproof place with a little baby, it was really nice. The pool was wonderful with incredible September sunshine we got in bonus. We did find tools to prepare all our meals and with store around, it was easy to get products to build it. The host did provide all lining with towels and with plenty of little attention like chocolat at the bed with water bottle, we were like in a 5* hotel. We are now chasing our next place to create more souvenir.
