« Clean, cute, cozy. We enjoyed our keurig flavored coffee each am that hostess provided. Communication was prompt and clear. Loved the wrought iron industrial touches. Very safe and quiet area. Parking suv and kayak trailer comfortable on site! Kitchen well aupplied. Bathroom products so nice, I made sure to locate and buy on way home! Thank you for a delightful stay. »

« Nice apartment close to the arenas and brewery district. Very comfortable with some of the comforts of home. »

« The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! »

« The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay. »

« Everything was great! the apartment was great. The owner was great. The liquor store was great and the liquor store staff was great. »

« This was a great place for my girlfriend and I to spend our Valentine’s Day night. It was very spotless and clean in every part of the place. It is also located in a nice area of whitesboro where a lot of stores are in walking distance or just a few minutes away in a car. Communication with the host was very easy and straight forward. »

« My girlfriend and I stayed here for labor day weekend & it was by far the best weekend trip we've ever made. The Loft was very cozy & very clean. All amenities were readily available, and the location of the cabin was perfect. It's in the middle of the woods but only a 5 minute trip into town where you can find a village that feels like the 1800's in terms of the buildings and land surrounding them. Beautiful place to stay and the host responded very quickly if we had any questions. I never...
