« This was the perfect house for our families Cooperstown stay. It was close to the fields and in a great comfortable location. House was really clean and had all the necessities needed. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The house is great for large groups, we had 7 people and had lots of extra beds. The guest house is perfect for teenagers that want to feel a bit of freedom! We came from NYC so our teenagers loved having the space. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is clean and cozy. The property it’s self was stunning. We definitely saw the eagles more than a few times. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Clean and well manicured. We spent every night around the fire pit...

« I stayed once prior. Left a review with not enough information.The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly with any questions and requests that you may have. The house is well kept and clean. It felt exactly like “glamping” The pond is awesome to look at and relax by.The fire pit is in the perfect location with plenty of seating to relax by.This is a really nice tranquil place. My stay was great. »

« Would recommend to anyone. Our family stayed here in 2014. Upgrades on furniture since then we're great. Beds were all comfort, which is huge for us since we used them all. Three generations of us enjoyed the property, house and that fantastic view. What was our family farm (1940’s) could be seen across the valley making it extra special. Thank you to our awesome hosts. Your place allowed us to gather together for a tough weekend. »

« I attended an event about 30 minutes away and chose to stay here and it was a great experience! The room was beautiful, very clean, well stocked coffee bar, and the property manager was very quick to reply back if i had any questions! The town is a nice quiet little town! I would recommend this place to anyone! »
