« This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream. »

« We’ve stayed here for Memorial Day weekend.Unfortunately weather was not so good and too cold to enjoy swimming pool but we really enjoyed using fire stove while we were there.The house was well stocked and clean and there is everything what we needed.The location of the property was really private and quiet.It was perfect to be relaxed.The huge yard was really well maintained.My 3 years old son was enjoy strolling.We went to farmer’s market and Alpaca farm.The owner came by and brought sticky...

« An excellent stay. Angela was very accommodating and provided a well appointed cottage for a comfortable stay. Very conveniently located to ASV. I would highly recommend staying here. »
