Town of Stockton - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« The space was so cute and welcoming and the host was responsive and helpful! Will definitely be back! »

« This is hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had. The property is in the best location for Chautauqua Lake. It is walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do, including restaurants, shopping, and recreation. It is a very short 10 minute drive to the Chautauqua institution if that is one of the reasons you are visiting. It is about a 20 minute drive to Lilydale. And about a 20 minute drive to Barcelona Beach. Ken, the host, could not possibly have been more accommodating or...

« Immaculate. Spacious. Well-equipped. Great view from the porch. Right in the heart of the Institution. Great communications. They also have a lovely accommodation in Mayville. »

« Beautiful home, and lake view was spectacular. »

« Well stocked, extremely comfortable and all amenities have been very well considered. Lots of fans, clean sheets, overhead lighting and lamps, very accommodating kitchen, ping pong table, dog friendly. It’s wonderful!! »

« The host was extremely responsive and accommodated our early arrival, allowing us to drop off bags and explore the area. The apartment is perfect for two people, very clean and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised to find everything, and more than I needed, for my weekend stay: towels, shampoo, hair drier, iron, umbrella, coat hangers, flash light and plenty of power outlets. It is well situated for town, surrounding vineyards, Tulips Brunch House on Chautaqua Lake, and the spectacular...

Pre-trip communication went very well, and we were able to add a day at the beginning and end of our trip very easily. Kelly provided us with restaurant recommendations upon our request when we arrived. Check in was very easy and I liked that they had a key as an alternative. The separate driveway for the apartment from the main house was very nice! The kitchen was well stocked with...

« Very nice. Clean and wonderful location »

« Immaculate. Large. Updated nicely. High ceilings. 24 steps up. Great location. »

« Responsive host. »

« Charlene is a warm and welcoming host. The property is serene and beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! »

« Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old...
