« Our room was extremely dirty(including the sheets and pillows). Terribly humid, walls and floor were wet due to humidity. Mold behind the beds and on the walls. Could not be transferred to another room or get reimboursed. Worst experience ever!! »

« Avoid at all costs – Biohazard disguised as a hotel I wish I could give this 0 stars. We booked a non-smoking room, but it reeked of stale cigarettes the second we opened the door. When I turned on the bathroom light, cockroaches scattered across the floor. To make matters worse, the main light didn’t work, the comforter had disgusting brown/maroon stains, and the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. « Air-conditioning worked well. Microwave didn't, needed to do reset numerous times. Thought staff was going to replace it but they didn't. Pool was nice to use. »

« Could use some refreshing. Had to ask for new towels. Otherwise the price was right and turned out to be a peaceful and convenient stay close to Auburn and downtown Skaneateles. »
