« This was our second time staying at this property. It fits our 3 families of 4 perfectly with room to spare. It's a one minute drive to the slopes! The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home and the beds are comfortable. It's so nice to have a dryer for all of our ski clothes and the huge bathtub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back. »

« Great space for family and friends go gather with all needed conveniences. Skiing and the cute town of Ellicottville was so close it was not an inconvenience at all to not be in a ski and ski out property. Was a great place to unwind at the end of a full fun day. »

« Our family had a blast in this home. You can see the slopes from the back porch, and only 100 yard drive to the closest lodge. Very nice appliances as well. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. »

« We enjoyed our thanksgiving stay very much! We arrived in groups of two over the course of 6 hours driving in from Connecticut, Pennsylvania and flying in from Oklahoma. The quaint house was the perfect fit for my crazy family. It made use of every nook and cranny for beds and bathrooms. Because we were having Thanksgiving there we were very grateful to have two refrigerators to store the huge amounts of food that we brought. Luckily because everything was pre-cooked we only needed the one oven...
