« We stayed here for my 12 year old son's Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. It was a great house! The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my 70 year old parents, and another large bed upstairs was perfect for us, and one more bedroom for the kids. The office was great, so I could work while I was there. Love that the owners renovated the house while maintaining authenticity, including the quirks, of the nearly 200 year old house. So perfect! »

« For families attending the Cooperstown baseball tournament, this home was perfect. It is a few minutes away from the park, had several beds for the boys and just a very cozy and warm environment. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this home! »

« For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality »

« We absolutely loved the cabin and had a wonderful time as a family fishing and sitting around at the fire pit at night. Such a beautiful place! Brad was a great host! He provided fishing poles and multiple loads of firewood for the fire pit! Short distance to Cooperstown Dreams Park and provided a quiet getaway from the ball field. My grown adult boys absolutely loved fishing in the pond and actually catching fish! Would definitely stay again! »
