Town of Sharon - Réservez votre chambre d'hôtes

« Did not have a private bathroom. Out in the country. »

« At the crest of a steep hill overlooking the Mohawk Valley, the property is well situated. Valerie welcomed us warmly and showed us where to find the necessities. All bathroom facilities work very well. The vicinity is very quiet. Full breakfast was delicious and plentiful. »

« Having been born and raised in this area, I wasn't familiar with this location when trying to find a place close to family when coming back to visit. The address said Fort Plain, however it's in town of Danube, outside of St. Johnsville, not even remotely close to FP. Mind the location, as that wasn't a big deal to travel back and forth. The problem came from the fact that nothing had been cleaned in quite some time. When I entered the B&B it was pitch black and I wasn't sure I was even in the...

« We checked in on our own for just 10 minutes and left this place. Nobody present to welcome us. No wifi and or internet, all fridges were unplugged. Web everywhere. Trees overgrown on hot tub and pool and many more! »

« Pros: Valerie is a kind host, and the property is in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever stayed. Cons: There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There is no bathroom in the room, or the one next door which I saw when I found out that the dividing door was not locked. The pillows did not have liners in the pillow cases and were stained so we did not use them. The sheets had other people's hair on them, so we didn't use the cover sheets or blankets. The part of the house we stayed...

« This is a charming place to stay. Very peaceful. Easy access to several small towns and a few attractions. Hosts were friendly and informative. I really enjoyed my stay. »

« The host is great, the house is beautiful and the food is outstanding. »

« Nelson Pines is a great experience with a wonderful family. I never saw the part with the Bed AND Breakfast, but the latter became very familiar in the last 4 days of my stay! They advertise Cooperstown primarily about the Baseball Hall of Fame or the Little League (12 YO) baseball experience, but it is so much more than "as advertised." The beautiful rolling surrounding farmland is so worth getting lost in to see wonderful old homes, which must have hundreds of stories to tell. The older,...

« I've traveled around the world, and this is by far the place I've ever stayed! The accommodations were very clean and impressive. The gourmet meals they prepared for breakfast and dinner were always delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the gracious owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We were thrilled that our daughter was able to take her first horseback riding lesson there. Our kids loved holding the baby goats that were born there that...
