« This place was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was equipped for what we needed it for. The front porch, which overlooked Lake Cayuga was so nice to sit there for our morning coffee and in the evening to watch the sun go down. The host was great to work with and very quick in responding to any question we had. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The only thing would be the street took forever to get off it since it was a few miles long and only one car could get through at a time...

« Our family had a great week at the lake house. We traveled in from Florida with our two boys, and we really enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated drinking our coffee outside every morning, fishing off the dock during the day, and sitting by the fire at night. « My family had a beautiful Christmastime gathering at Top of the World! The house had every amenity we could possibly need, was clean, very spacious, and even had a lovely Christmas tree and holiday decor in living room and dining room. We had a snowstorm overnight, but the driveway was nicely cleared early in the morning. Would love to stay here again! »

« Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with. »

« Great property with an amazing view of and access to the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Lots of parking, enough for many cars. The bathrooms were all recently renovated and were very clean. Lots of extra blankets and towels. If you don’t like stairs, then I wouldn’t recommend but luckily everyone in our party was fine with stairs. It’s a little hard to find as GPS wasn’t perfect at directions to the place but we would highly recommend this place. »
