« Our stay at the Olde Kinderhook House couldn’t have been more perfect! The countryside setting was so beautiful and relaxing and the house was just as beautiful. « When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. The host was at first responsive--but as we discovered that the TV didn't work, there were not enough plates even for two people, and no information about how to operate the mini-splits or gas stove, we realized that we could spend our vacation reaching out to the host to request repairs/guidance/replacement...or we could move to another property and enjoy ourselves. « Everything was clean and welcoming for our arrival. Our host was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful.We appreciated the chocolate and granola bars after a long day of travel. It was a very nice touch. « This was a perfect getaway. Jennifer provided everything we needed. What a great time we had cooking a meal in the well-stocked kitchen, eating in the beautiful dining room, sitting on the sun porch…it was perfect for a weekend away. Having my coffee on the front porch, listening to the birds and looking at the trees might have been my favorite part. I’ll be back for sure! »

« Beautiful spot! Great for a group. Updated amenities, such as Alexa-controlled lighting in a traditional old farmhouse. Hot tub did not work while we were there but the host was gracious enough to refund a portion in exchange. Would recommend! »

« The house is pretty and nicely updated. It’s on a quiet windy street. The beds were so comfortable. One member of our party is older and had a little trouble with the stairs. There’s no rail outside and the rail inside is attached to the wall. We had plenty of room to visit eachother and get ready for a wedding in Coxsackie. Which was only 19min away. We enjoyed the front porch too! Communication with the host was easy with prompt responses. The price was great. I would recommend staying here! »
