« Ten friends stayed in this Shaker farmhouse after a celebration of life for a friend in Great Barrington, MA. Quite antique atmosphere matched our mood and need for something charming and easy. Near restaurants and services. Highly recommended! »

« If you are looking for a place in the Albany area for a group of friends / family, this is it. The host was incredibly responsive and really opened his house for us. Plenty of room to relax, hang out, play pool, etc. The kitchen has everything you can think of, and the bathrooms are like what you would experience at a high end hotel. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us, so we were not really able to use the outside much. That said, it has a great set up as the pictures...

« We were a group of moms and sons (high school seniors) who stayed here for a long weekend. This place was perfect for us - well appointed and accommodating. It had everything we needed (beach towels, linens) and more (martini glasses, well-equipped kitchen)! The quality of everything was spectacular. We could have stayed here indefinitely with the hot tub, pool, grounds, fire pit, etc. We can't wait to come back here again! »

« The house exceeded our expectations ! The house was spacious , clean and well stocked with all the essentials you can think of. The hosts have thought of everything down to the small details . I will definitely recommend this home for any future visits . It was about 20 minutes from Windham mountain. »

« We had two families with kids staying at the Grange for New Years. The property was perfect for us. Lots of room for the kids to run outside and the right amount of beds/bedrooms! Really great place »

« The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is just beautiful, roomy, and plenty of beds and rooms. Everything in the home is clean, fairly new, well stocked, and working well. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful.We appreciated the chocolate and granola bars after a long day of travel. It was a very nice touch. « Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather...

« Beautiful property, very well maintained and with good access to nearby towns and attractions. We enjoyed the swimming pond and sampled the garden produce. A lovely place to vacation. »
