« The cottage has a peaceful and beautiful setting. We especially enjoyed the sun room with the views of the water. Ashley was very prompt in responding to any questions... a gracious host. »

« Iam disabled and need assistance walking,the cottage was open concept and easy for me to get around inside. The living space gave a relaxed vibe . Beautiful views. I brought a queen mattress cover that made the queen bed comfortable for myself. If i had to say anything that was an issue it would be the steps to the back yard. I was not able to get down to the water or back yard. I think if anything I would add to your information would be to let people know about the deck stairs. I left with...

« We had a very nice stay. It was perfect for the two of us. The location was great! It was close to friends’ cottages, restaurants, activities at the ballfield and the lake. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated. The outside needs a little bit of attention; deck, and landscaping. We will definitely be back again if rental price does not increase. Cute place. »

« This place is a gem in that you have a lot of space for your family. We loved the yard and all the nature all around! My wife and I enjoyed watching the frogs and tadpoles in the small pond and walking around the property seeing deer and hearing the birds. Our 4 boys and 1 daughter loved the fishing setup with 4 poles and a table box. All together for the three days we were there, our kids caught and released over 50 fish! They had a blast! We used this as a base to see Church of Jesus...

« This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay at the Finger Lakes! The cottage was immaculate - very clean, cozy and had everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Check-in was an absolute breeze and the location of the house was very convenient to lots of great places in the area. Dennis was an excellent host and we would highly recommend his cottage if you are looking for an awesome place to stay on Lake Seneca! »

« Most of the time, when you rent from vrbo, the address appears as soon as the booking is confirmed. This host never gives the address because they never intend for you to stay there. We booked this property and then suddenly there was a maintenance issue. One message said it was electrical and another said ot was a water problem. But not to worry! They have other properties that you can stay in that are complete dumps. They come wirh garbage and debris in the entry way, sticky floors, bugs,...
