« This condo is perfect for 2 couples or a friends trip. It is exceptionally clean (and I am a germaphobe). The location is right in the middle of the bar and restaurant district. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. Karen was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend and my friends would too! »

« Immaculate apartment. Beautiful and calming decor. Atmosphere was lovely, smelled great, very clean. Outdoor patio and lawn a very nice bonus. Close enough to downtown to walk to shops/cafes or to the beautiful state park. We’d definitely stay again!!! »

« Apartment is located at the heart of the town. Walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Ambience is good and well maintained. Great choice if travelling with Family. Paintings are highlight with mid 1800 furniture. Ladies can have their portraits clicked on the chairs which are elegant. Most importantly the friendliness and warmth with which hosts John and Sven welcomed is admirable. Thank you both. Looking forward for another stay in future. »

« Nous avons apprécié notre sejour. Nous etions deux familles avec un total de 5 enfants et nous y avons été confortables. Nous avons aimé la proximite de la plage et de marchés fermiers. Une piste d'amélioration : ajouter un lave-vaisselle. »

« If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Geneva area, I highly recommend this place. It was cute, communication was great and everything was in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops to check out. Very close to the water and near the welcome center which had a cute area for wine sampling. »

« This home reminded me so much of my childhood home but with modern conveniences and thoughtful updates (I’m 75). Though it’s an older home care was taken to modernize it enough to make it comfortable for today’s travelers. The bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. « We had a blast. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the docks, and kayaking in the bay. We visited the beaches at Fairhaven, Sodus Point and Port Bay. We loved the sunsets while having dinner around the firepit »

« Wonderful property on the canal. Short drive to downtown in either direction. Close to lakes, hiking, wineries. Good communication and prompt responses. Excellent suggestions for food and activities. Highly recommend. Would stay here again. »

« The house is so nice and big! 6 bed rooms instead of 5 as indicated in the presentation. We stayed at this house for the 70.3 Musselman, witch is about a 20 minutes drive from the race start. A great option with kids. Chandra was quick to aswer our questions and very helpfull. The pool was nice and clean. Little suggestions to improve the kitchen: add a toaster 4 slides and a set of ustensils (fork, knife, spoon). I recommand it very much!! »

« House was perfect for what we needed, beautiful views from the porch, well equipped kitchen for all the cooking we did. The bar near the dock was very busy but closed at 9 anyways so no problem with noise. The dock was in good shape and we had to worries docking our boat there. »

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
