« Travelled up to Upstate New York to spend a weekend going to Saratoga Race Course and was so blessed to find this gem on the Mariaville Lake. The price was very fair and Tony and Patti were fantastic hosts. I can't wait to come back and do less! « I had a last minute family emergency and needed a place to stay, quick! This Caroga Lake location was available and it worked out wonderfully. The location was great and the size was perfect. Communication with the host was wonderful. I accidentally locked myself out (whoops 😂) and the issue was resolved within a reasonable time. Would definitely stay here again »

« We were visiting family and the property was perfect. We had a lovely picnic on the back patio. The yard is large with plenty of seating options for our small group. There was a large charcoal grill that had supplies so we were able to make steaks and grill vegetables The home is clean, well appointed, and inviting. We would love to stay there again when we go to visit! The owners are very informative and responsive. We had no needs while on the property. Thank you so much!!! »
