« When we first arrived it was clear the hotel was very old and not taken care of, perhaps even closed for a period of time as there was a flag that showed "opened" and under new management. The lobby had ceramic tile with very little seating and cold materials/feel. There was obvious construction, with dry wall dust, towels on the floor in several places to clean something up and just left there.
