« We enjoyed our stay at the Kenoza Lake View Manor. It is a lovely old house and yet very quiet (didn't hear squeaky floors). It was a little bit of a challenge climbing the staircase up to the third floor, but when we got there our room was cozy. The bed was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it gave us the fuel we needed before we headed off for more adventures. « Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business. »
