« This was a perfect fit for visiting nearby family. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sounds of a babbling brook. The property’s offerings were great inside and out. Although Wi-Fi is available, there was virtually no cell service. (of which the host warned us) if communicating with anyone with an android, be prepared to use an app like messenger or WhatsApp. Overall, I would definitely stay again. »

« This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream. »

« The property was beautiful, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there. »

« Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. « We had a wonderful time staying at Hill House on Hubert. It is a lovely house with everything you need for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend away. The decor is contemporary with cozy accents. Saundra has everything you need at the house whether you want to stay in and cook or head out to a local eatery. Her listing of things to do is a great touch. « Perfect spot for a secluded overnight while you explore the surrounding area. No frills but that was fine by us. Our dog loved running around the property and the pond view was very lovely. Inna was responsive and friendly during the entire stay. Would go back for a weekend stay in the future! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well appointed, clean and cozy. The jacuzzi was medicinal after we attended a chilly concert at Bethel woods Saturday night. Check in and out was a breeze. 10/10.Thank you! »
