« THE SOFA IS NOT A PROPER SLEEPER FOR AN ADULT. It is an old peculiar object in pieces that should be replaced. The sheets and blankets look like hand me downs. Chairs are uncomfortable. Dirty exterior entryway, very sticky apartment key, crooked floors, fridge door opens wrong way into the wall, there's a random fire extinguisher on floor, outlets don't all work, a challenge if you want to charge your phone, you'll hit your head on the ceiling of the loft area even if you're not tall. « Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter. »
