« What a beautiful house! It smells good, it's beautiful, it's welcoming, it's clean! It felt like a friend's house! The treats, the atmosphere, the kind words on a paper, the suggestions of his favorite place, the confidence he gives us to take care of his house, the freedom he leaves us by letting us know how to enjoy everything What he has to offer in the house, it is certain that if I have to visit Norwich, this is where I come! Thank you, Mikey, you've been the best host since I have been...

« Property is exactly as pictured. Close to town - we walked several times into town. There were 8 adults and we had plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked. Yard is beautiful and I enjoyed reading on the bench swing. Host is terrific. When we asked about an iron she came and delivered us one. I will definitely stay again and I highly recommend. »

« We spent a long weekend at this house while up visiting our son at Colgate. It was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Located in a quiet and peaceful area directly across the road from a beautiful reservoir. We enjoyed kayaking, the hot tub and relaxing on the porch. It is a nicely maintained property about 4 miles from Hamilton and Colgate University. We would definitely stay here again! »

« The property was gorgeous! Looked like a log cabin on the inside and the views from the wrap around deck made us feel as though we were in the Smokey Mountains! Unfortunately, the temps reached 100, so we weren't able to sit outside to enjoy the views, however, between the giant picture window and glass patio doors, it felt like we on the deck! Plenty of room air-conditioners kept entire home nice and cool and were running when we arrived, thank God! The property had every amenity needed. Plenty...

« We stayed for 5 days during the 4th of July holiday and it was everything we hoped for and more! It was not only a stunning view but the house had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better rental and will definitely be back next year if we are able! »
