« Overall nice house. Communication was fine outside of Turo app. On the other hand it was terrible inside the app. Took over a day to receive a response to an in app message and they did not respond in app. Steep hill to get to property. Had to ask for hill to be plowed after receiving snow. Would recommend the hill be taken cared of regularly not just on call. Cold water line froze during stay. Lost a day of planned activities due to waiting for the hill and water pipe to be resolved. ...
