« Thousands of mouse dropping by entrance. Have to step in to enter. Cabin smelled like mouse urine throughout. Large ants everywhere. Multiple screws loose and missing from stair case in cabin. Very unsafe. We left after one night short of our reservation. We only stayed 10 hours in the place and only because we were exhausted from traveling. Host refused to refund as he said I signed up for a “ cabin experience “. What a joke !!!! »

« I booked this property for my family to attend my Cornell graduation. It was a little far from Ithaca but the house is really quiet with an excellent view. There is a supermarket about 3 min away so it is super convenient. The only thing could be improved is please upgrade the pans cookware in the house. They are very worn out. Overall, it was a great stay. »
