« This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find! »

« So beautiful to be on the river and private. We loved the waterfront. We used the pool the sauna and hot tub. Very enjoyable weekend. »

« We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat. »

« We had a great time on the property. It was close enough that my sister and family were able to come for the evening and grill out, swim, and hang out by the lake. The property was lovely though I must have missed the detail about the stairs. The house was generally quite clean. »

« The House was perfect for my group of friends. It is within walking distance of the College and Cayuga State Park. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Cayuga Lake. »

Very well thought out property. Finishes in home are higher end so this made our stay even more enjoyable. Makes a difference! Recommend to all with or without kids. »

« Our host Dawn was great. Her communication is spot on. She always answers when you reach out. The accommodations were comfortable. We liked that she had a Keurig and she supplied some pods.It was really close to all the wineries. It is a great place to stay. »

« The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations. »

« It's a very comfortable house. We had adequate facilities for our large group. It's conveniently located to town and all the other facilities the Finger Lakes has to offer. It helped that we had beautiful weather but it was a great choice to stay. »

« Great place, beautiful view and quiet. Some basic seasonings would have been nice (salt/pepper) and some of the information needs to be updated. The brochures were out of date and I think the calendar on the fridge was from 2022. Would definitely return, though. »

« Incredible location and tranquil place to stay just as the listing says, with great views of the lake and access to a private dock on the lake. Beautifully furnished, and great for our annual family trip with the grandkids. We had relatively easy access to Ithaca and so many parks, wineries, etc. The hosts were responsive to our needs. »
