« This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season. « Our stay was great for what we needed as an overnight stop. Listing is accurate. As another person mentioned, the walls were thin but noise level was comparable to hearing others move around in a hotel. (No loud voices). Shower was small but loved that it was seperate from the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would stop again »

« The check in / check out was very easy. Free coffee and water in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Room was clean and ready when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Was a great spot to stay for a night! Clean, all the amenities we needed, easy in and out! Bakery down the road and less than 10 mins to the ski hill was perfect. Thank you Jess! »
