« This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. It's within convenient reaches of the 2,3,4,5 trains, is in a beautiful and safe area, slept our family sufficiently, and had a WASHER/DRYER combo!!The communication was excellent from the host and though we had our reservation cut then reinstated due to an issue with the platform, we knew our host would handle the issue, which she did!A few things that are being updated by the host- the shower drops a bit onto the floor, the dryer caused a...

« The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again! »

« I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend. »

« Had an amazing 30th anniversary stay at this stunning 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath 51st floor apartment. Although the unit has all the amenities you’d expect, what really stands out is the extraordinary 270 degree views from the Hudson to the entire city…do yourself a favor and keep the lights off at night and just take in the perfect panorama…the Empire State Building is just outside your window as well as MSG & so much more!!!The host of this property is also top notch & communicated well via text...

« This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again. »
