« Our stay was absolutely incredible! The owner is very professional, prompt, and friendly. Communication was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. The views are PRICELESS! Parking garage is right next to the place, right next to Madison Square Garden, perfect location! I would stay here every time I come to NYC if it’s available. »

« Might be good to have a book of house rules and how everything worked. We’re pretty good at figuring things out, but it felt weird to keep asking the host questions. Response was great at first, but then dropped off. A book with details might solve this. Beautiful place and great location. »

« The property listed as a smoke-free property. The building had a neighbor across the hall, that smoked cigarettes ALL DAY and NiGHT. Can’t control what the neighbors do, but don’t list the property as a “no smoking” property. Clothes smelled like cigarette smoke when I left. »
