« Excellent host! Let them know we would be arriving late-had a small issue with the pin entry(user error!) and they were immediately able to assist! Apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and place was set up with everything we needed for our quick stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Hoping to stay at this place again during upcoming multi day stay for upcoming surgery at St Peter’s Hospital in January-Thank you for the hospitality! »

« We had such a great time! The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and safe. The house has plenty of space and feels comfortable and homey. The huge fenced-in yard was a hugeeee hit with our dog! She was so happy to run around freely! To top it off, the pool was big, clean, and we all were so thankful for the hot weather so we could enjoy it. We will definitely be staying here again! »

« June Farms is a great place to stay if you love the outdoors and animals. There are lots of things to do. The grounds are immaculate and the hobit house was exactly as it was described.Highly recommend »

« The place was an absolutely beautifully scenic place to rest. The home had very comfortable beds and beautiful antique furniture with a gorgeous backyard view of a quaint pond with boat on site and gazebo seating. There's so many spots options for uses for this rental space and venue but even if you just visit the area it wonderfully affordable. Thank you for our wonderful stay! »

We were beyond pleased with all the accommodations for our kids including the pool, indoor/outdoor games, high chairs, and pack n plays to name a few. We will be booking with Ralph again! »

« Close 15 minute drive to Windham Ski Resort, clean house for 7 adults, open concept area for family members to eat and play games together, coffee table in living was our favorite place to meet! Great amenities for cooking every meal for 5 days! Host was easily communicative, answer any and all questions instantly, check-in and check-out a breeze! Thank-you for an awesome family time away from home that felt like home! »

« Amazing house with a beautiful view. Very roomy and comfortable. The outside deck is beautiful. Hot tub is nice an big. Perfect house for a weekend getaway with a group. »

« We had a lovely easy time of things at Lakeview cottage. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a family with two children. Having to use a top bunk is not really for 69 year old women.Easy drive to antiquing in Balston Spa and Saratoga for a show at SPAC. »
