SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The entire house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
1st Bedroom: Master Bedroom with Full bathroom and king size bed.
2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed
3rd Bedroom: bunk bed consisting of full size mattress and 2 twin size mattresses.
4th Bedroom: 2 queen size beds.

Our kitchen is a culinary haven equipped with brand-new appliances and everything you need to unleash your inner chef. 3 full bathrooms in total. one on each floor and one in the master bedroom.
Modern and sleek design. you will definitely want to spend some time when taking a shower. don't forget to ask "Alexa" to play your favorite song while taking a shower.
All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, a hair dryer, and designer towels.
THE SPA:
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience at our rental home's private spa oasis. Unwind in the bubbling luxury of our hot tub, letting the stresses of the day melt away beneath the open sky. Rejuvenate your senses in our invigorating sauna, a retreat where tranquility meets warmth. For a touch of pampering, our spa also features state-of-the-art massage chairs, providing a soothing escape right at your fingertips. PLEASE NOTE: Massage chairs and Sauna should only be used by adults and children in the hot tub ONLY with the supervision of an adult.

Check-ins are contactless and keyless. We will provide you with a code for the door lock before your arrival.
CHECK OUTS:
Check-out time is at or anytime before 11:00 AM.
--Please make sure to place any used dishes do the dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
--Please leave all beds unmade and all used towels in the laundry room.
--Please place all the trash and recycle in the bins located by the garage door.
And last, but not least, don’t forget to do a final walk thru of the house to make sure you haven’t left any personal belongings behind.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any items left behind. We will make every effort to search and find your forgotten items after you check out but we do not guarantee if they can be found.
OUTSIDE GUESTS:
If you'd like to add an additional guest to the booking, please be sure to add them to the reservation or reach or reach out to our team to let us know.
We can only accommodate up to the max number of guests noted on the original listing, no more. We cannot offer customer service for extra people without an official reservation through the platform, and any liability waivers will not apply. PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
SAFETY AND SECURITY:

Our property is equipped with strategically placed outdoor cameras, diligently watching over the premises to ensure the safety and security of both the property and our valued guests.
Please don't forget to lock all windows and doors before leaving the property.
FRIENDS OF MOTHER NATURE:
Embrace the tranquil countryside setting surrounding our rental house, enveloped by lush trees and foliage. While our property benefits from routine pest control services to maintain a comfortable living space indoors and in the yard, it's not uncommon to encounter a few of Mother Nature's inhabitants. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping outside doors closed whenever possible to minimize the chances of outdoor creatures finding their way indoors. Our commitment to your comfort includes creating a balance with nature, and your understanding and cooperation contribute to a harmonious stay in our idyllic countryside retreat.
PETS:
Dogs are warmly welcomed to our house, but we kindly request that you inform us if you plan to bring your furry friend(s) along. While we appreciate your love for your pets, we would like to maintain the pristine condition of our new furniture and decor. Therefore, we ask that dogs refrain from being on the furniture or beds. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any visible wear or damage caused by your dogs. OUR MAXIMUM ALLOWANCE IS 2 SMALL DOGS, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and well-maintained environment for all our guests.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:
We are unable to guarantee against mechanical failures in heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs/media equipment, or spa. Please promptly report any malfunctioning equipment to us. We will make every reasonable effort to arrange quick and efficient repairs. If the issue persists after phone instructions from our team, we may dispatch a maintenance service professional. While we strive to address maintenance issues promptly, we cannot guarantee that repairs will be completed during a guest's stay, as we may need to navigate home warranties. Rest assured, we are committed to exploring alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.
