« While in town attending Suny Cobleskill graduation, we were looking for a property nearby. This farmhouse fit the bill. It was neaty decorated and the host was very gracious in leaving some treats for us at check in. There were plenty of beds to sleep my whole family. »

« Our family had a lovely stay at this home. Amanda was an amazing host and great communicator. The house was super clean, fully stocked and very welcoming! Amanda left us a wonderful gift basket full of local goodies, drinks in refrig, a kind note and a welcome sign with our name on it. Such thoughtful touches. « The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is just beautiful, roomy, and plenty of beds and rooms. Everything in the home is clean, fairly new, well stocked, and working well. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. « Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! « This was a perfect getaway. Jennifer provided everything we needed. What a great time we had cooking a meal in the well-stocked kitchen, eating in the beautiful dining room, sitting on the sun porch…it was perfect for a weekend away. « We rented this house over Thanksgiving 2022 for a large group (8 adults & 4 teenagers). We also cooked TG dinner at the house. The hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The house itself is huge. There are multiple smaller lounging rooms for a large group to relax in. The living room and kitchen have spectacular view over a lake with the Catskills too.
