« The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The...

« Over several years of renting in the Valatie area, this house was the nicest place we’ve stayed. It’s well appointed and has a really nice view of the lake.The owner is very responsive to any issue that arises. Hope to return! »

« The house is very large and the bedrooms are generous in size and easily accommodated our party of 8. We appreciated the garage parking for two cars, the welcome note and the bottle of wine from the host. Stanley was very responsive to my questions and was very accommodating to ensuring that the driveway was plowed and the garbage from the previous tenants was picked up despite the snowstorm. « We just returned from a wonderful holiday family ski trip. The house accommodated 15 of us comfortably. 7 bedrooms to fit a large group of adults and kids. We enjoyed family time and watching tv in front of the fireplace. We had just enough room to eat cooked family meals and we played many of the board games the host had left for visitors.
