« It was a rainy night when we checked in, and we were so delighted when we opened the French doors and got our first glimpse of this lovely, cozy, comfortable, very spacious room! It's totally private and opens on a large yard. We never saw our hosts, but I assume they were 30 seconds away if we needed them -- so kinda the best of both worlds in that department. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and we only wish it could have been more than one night. »

« A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply.
