« My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. The rental was very clean and had a great downstairs living space. We had everything we needed…and the cute coffee station was a nice added bonus! We would highly recommend this rental! »

« We loved the apartment. It was perfectly located to visit the many local waterfalls. It was also very close to restaurants and businesses, which was very convenient, and the beautiful pond with swans in front of the property was an added bonus. We will definitely come back for another visit and stay. »

« The apartment is convenient to Colgate. It is clean and contains all of the necessary essentials. The owners are organized and good communicators. The owners offered us use of their electric vehicle charger, which was very nice. »

« We stayed on the lake which was absolutely beautiful. We met the property manager Janet and she was very sweet. She checked on everyone who stayed and made sure we had everything we needed, answered any questions we had, and suggested some great places to eat or local stores. The place is simple and that was what we were lookimg for as we were outside the whole time. The place has a beautiful lake that you can sit and look at all day. « I reached out to the host before check in to ask if we could do early check in because we had to cook as we was having a little friends eve where we cook and sell plates. We weren’t allowed to check in as early as we wanted but we still checked in. We aren’t from Syracuse btw. all the good was done cooking by about 11:30 pm, in which everyone started showing up to get their plate.
