« This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find! »

« What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. The actual driveway is 100 yards down the road. Thanks to Sarah for guiding us to the entrance!We can’t wait to come back! »

« So beautiful to be on the river and private. We loved the waterfront. We used the pool the sauna and hot tub. Very enjoyable weekend. »

« The House was perfect for my group of friends. It is within walking distance of the College and Cayuga State Park. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Cayuga Lake. »

« Perfect in every way. The property had everything one could ask for and more. Just when we thought we could’ve used something, one of us went galavanting and found it! Very well thought out property. Finishes in home are higher end so this made our stay even more enjoyable. Makes a difference! Recommend to all with or without kids. »

« Our host Dawn was great. Her communication is spot on. She always answers when you reach out. The accommodations were comfortable. We liked that she had a Keurig and she supplied some pods.It was really close to all the wineries. It is a great place to stay. »

« The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations. »

« This was a great, roomy, up to date historical home with a view of apple orchards, which was lovely in September. The host was very responsive when we called. Someone had turned off the WiFi, and he came over right away to correct it. A very peaceful, comfortable house with room for several people. »

« We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake...
