« We enjoyed our time at the farmhouse! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was enjoyable. The fact that it was handicap accessible was fantastic as one guest recently needed the use of a wheelchair . She was also able to enjoy the patio with all of us. She was also able to navigate the downstairs easily. Thank you for an amazing weekend »

« We stayed for three days over Memorial Day weekend. Even though the weather wasn’t great, the house provided enough space for our family and views of the lake where we all had a great time. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in, the rooms were comfortable, and when we did have sun, the lakefront portion was nice to hang out on. »

« Plenty of room at the house for six adults. Property provided great views at sunset and a great place to have a campfire. We were able to moor our pontoon boat right to the sea wall. House was clean and bathrooms updated. Great bargain for the area. »

« Such a peaceful getaway property on the lake. The balcony overlooking the water was my favorite spot. My legs got a good workout from all the stairs, other than that the place was clean, fully stocked with small supplies, games and plenty of indoor and outdoor chairs to choose from. We had a very nice time enjoying the water while site seeing all the nearby wineries. »

« The house was spotless and well stocked and is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Tiny negative points...no phone number for contacting owner. Also, really needs a few more spoons. We would have liked a DVD player, but again, a minor point. Also, one upstairs fan doesn't work currently. If you are older, be advised that the stairs are quite steep for those of us with creaky knees. All complaints are minor and we would do it again. »

« Clean and great view »

« We spent a long weekend at this property and enjoyed the heck out of it. There is an abundance of places to go and sites to see from this location, including the gorgeous view of Lake Cayuga out of the back sun room. Next time our family is planning a trip, we may very well decide to book this property again to try and see more of the region. If you can, take the time to travel to Watkins Glen state park, as it was the highlight of our trip. »

« My husband, son and I traveled separately. They arrived a day early and were able to go ahead and check in. Met the host and hostest, very nice people. The house is well stocked and clean. Bonus having access to a washer and dryer. Beautiful setting and perfect location. »

« We’ve come to skaneateles for girls trip 3 times now and this was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at! It was beautiful and the location was perfect. Everything you could need was there for you and the house was decorated amazing. Would 100% stay again! »

« Great house for the five of us. The dock was short for my 19 foot fishing boat, but we made it work. If the wind were in the other direction it would have been better. »
