« Our room was extremely dirty(including the sheets and pillows). Terribly humid, walls and floor were wet due to humidity. Mold behind the beds and on the walls. Could not be transferred to another room or get reimboursed. Worst experience ever!! »

« I like the room. It was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well and the room was nice and cool. The refrigerator was wonderful because it kept a lot stuff nice and cold. I even brought a small ice cube tray with me and made ice and it froze nicely. The only major issue I had was when I went to take a shower. It seemed like the hot water was taken a very long time to get hot and it didn’t stay hot but very long.
