« Belle grande maison avec beaucoup de charme et décorée avec goût. Les hôtes sont sympathiques. Le petit déjeuner proposé est agréable avec des produits frais. »

« The location was convenient for visiting Syracuse, and the large fenced yard was a great feature for traveling with my dog. However, several issues affected my stay. I had to contact the host twice before receiving the check-in instructions, which added unnecessary stress on the day of arrival. The cleanliness was disappointing considering the 120 cleaning fee. The walls, doors, and baseboards were visibly dirty, and there were numerous dead bugs inside the home. I photographed the condition and...

« Stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son at Syracuse University. This was a fine, affordable spot to stay. Marc checked in often and was there to help. »

« This property was just beautiful! It was very clean and bright. It was homey. The beds and living room furniture were so very comfortable. The view of the park and river across the street was beautiful. We were in walking distance to food and drinks. Just minutes from the highway. Our host was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with. Always responsive. It was so easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this place. The pictures posted were true to form. »

« Very spacious and well appointed studio apartment style rental. It is in the basement of a split-foyer house so we did experience a couple of bugs as expected in a basement area. The bathroom is very nice, but the resin floor in the shower is a little slippery. The bed was comfortable, the sealing was ample, and the business center is a great professional touch. I would not hesitate staying there again, and would recommend it to anyone needing a great little private space in the beautiful...

« This property far exceeded my expectations. The hosts welcomed us with wine and freshly baked cookies. Their large, beautiful home is truly welcoming and designed to make guests feel comfortable. It is close to stores, restaurants and activities. There are many games, books, and a wonderful fire pit for fun at home. They have bird feeders that attract many beautiful birds. The property is surrounded by lovely landscaping complete with beautiful flowers and trees to be enjoyed from the rocking...

« 48 State St is an older house being renovated. It was originally a carriage which , around 1920, or so, was rotated 90 degree and made into 4 apartments.Apartment 48 is nicely renovated with window air conditioners and newappliances . It sits on a hill overlooking the Oswego river. The view and breezes are great.Yachts often park below the house, near the old bridge house.. Although only 1/2block from downtown, not much is there, a couple of bakeries and one or twobar/grills. There is a...

« We were a large group and this house fit our needs very well. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was lovely. »

« I stayed here the weekend of my high school reunion. It was clean, comfortable and everything I needed. Perfect for my weekend stay. »

« Great stay, very comfortable and clean! »

« We enjoyed our weekend away. Such a nice house and atmosphere. Our doggies enjoyed it as well. »

« House had modern furnishings. It was clean and I liked that there was extra bedding and towels. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The home has a peaceful, quaint charm, and the waterfront view was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The property is older and could use a few finishing touches, but it was clear that improvements are being made. Those small details did not take away from our overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting the owner, Bobby. He was incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and...

« Had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood. Pictures are very accurate. Loved having a campfire almost every night next to the river. Places are close if you wanted to go out to eat. »

« The bathroom products are behind the mirror. Everything was great. »
