« We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean, very cute place! Everything was tastefully decorated, and we felt right at home with our family of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen was great, and was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, plus more. The host was very responsive, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! »

« The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. »

« My wife and I went there for a weekend and we just loved the place. Right in town. It’s nice that you have your own parking spot. We didn’t use our car all weekend. We walked everywhere. The beds were super comfortable and it was perfect for our weekend. »

« What a great place. Very comfortable, clean and loved the location. Every room has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the walk-in shower relaxing under the stars and admiring the amazing sunsets. Spent most of the time relaxing, walking on the beach and looking for beach glass. You do have to check out the history of the home and the man who built the place. Check out the photos and documents pertaining to the person and the property.Jules and Austin were great. ...

« We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again. »

AC available for summer temps, good heating in colder temps. Car dependent. Bring all your own groceries. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee making machines, and electric kettle make for great meal preparation. Ice in the freezer. Love it here! »
