« The cottage was exactly what we expected. Our host Nan and Lyle were amazing. They were there when we arrived showed us around and gave us many ideas of places to visit and explore . Which we did! I highly recommend a trip to Jamestown. It is truly beautiful country, with lots of wonderful hiking areas with some history involved. Plenty of other history. A must see and stay! »

« Very clean property. Very well stocked kitchen. More than enough room in the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Hot tub was super easy to use to warm up. Very large backyard for a nice bonfire. Nice and quiet location about 15 mins from Ellicottville. Could not ask for a nicer place in that area! »

« Excellent property, we enjoyed the stay. Pro’s include extensive kitchen wares, extensive linens, and overall cleanliness. Opportunities include the need for an additional outside trash receptacle and pest control (following two days of rain). »

« This was a charming out-of-the-way place to rest and recuperate after gallivanting the many sites we visited in the area. It had everything we needed, and more. We were on a tight schedule and the owners were very accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future. »
