« Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. « We had a great stay! The place is huge, a large kitchen with a breakfast room adjoining so we could help prep the food and be a part of things still, and dining room area, living room with a big couch and a sitting area. The windowed porch that spans the whole back of the house so we had a complete view of the lake. Very clean, very comfortable. Laundry room upstairs with new washer and dryer was really handy. « Clean; well-stocked and very comfortable. (Front windows need curtains or blinds). Two issues: “by the lake” means two houses back with no access. Water smells. Owners provided bottled drinking water which was appreciated, but showers are another matter. »
