« The house was a great fit for my family and I. We had a large group of 10 people and 2 dogs. The bedrooms were spacious. We spent the majority of our time in the living room. It was also my favorite room of the house, beautifully decorated. There’s a Tops grocery store a few minutes up the street and a Walmart 30 minutes away. « This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. Rick is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again! Thank you Rick! »

« The house is a charming 1920s style bungalow located in a great place to explore the hiking trails of the Catskills. The house is very clean. Bed is very comfy, and all of the necessities were provided. We especially appreciated the pet friendly aspect of it as we were able to bring our dogs with us on hikes. The fenced backyard was very helpful as well. We had a great relaxing time here. »
