« The property was just as presented. The area was lovely, quiet and beautiful. 3 bedrooms gave each of us our own little space. Very comfy ...a nice eating area and kitchen and great little patio to listen to a great variety of birds, the quiet and relax with a coffee. We thought it wonderful!Our host Paul was very friendly and helpful. »

« Such a lovely cottage in a beautiful wooded setting. We enjoyed the firepit and the views while sitting around the kitchen table. The cottage was stocked SO well and we especially appreciated that there was high end cookware (no scratched Teflon pans here!). Super comfortable beds!! Very convenient to Woodstock and Levon Helm Studios! Thank you!! »

« The place was quiet and relaxing. The pups loved it . They could run without worry of getting hit by cars . The hot tub was awesome and relaxing . My only issue no where to dry your hair or use a flat iron in bathroom and fridge way to small and it would be awesome to have a microwave or air fryer both small and easy to use other then that bed was comfortable lots of seating and even though it rained the whole time great food in the local places near by. If your looking for peaceful and quiet...

« Such a beautiful spot on Swan Lake! Sunrise to the right, sunset to the left, peaceful woods over the water. Perfect kayaking lake with herons and eagles to keep you company. House is clean and comfy, nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. »

« Was not cleaned. There were ants all over the counters and sinks when we arrived. Dust all over everything, dust bunnies on the floor and spider webs. The bedding/pillows upstairs had an odor. »
