« Property is very clean. They had very nice plush bath towels. Nice. Very nicely located between Utica and Rome. Just be aware that this on the second floor. It's advertised as such but I missed that in the ad. We usually get first floor because my husband has mobility issues and has trouble with stairs. We had one issue with the television (it was guest problem), we contacted the host and he IMMEDIATELY responded and talked us through. Very happy with our stay and with our host. »

« Great place to stay! It worked out perfectly for me and my niece. Got a pocket full of diamonds. Although being 60 the stairs were quite a climb, especially coming from Florida where I haven’t used steps in years lol. Melanie was awesome and very accommodating. I would recommend staying there. « This property is tucked away on a quiet street with a beautiful sounding stream that runs through the backyard. Our family of four had plenty of room. The only downside was hearing the noise from the upstairs tenant during the night. We solved this with a simple sound machine app that we would use at bedtime and then we were fine. Would definitely recommend for a nice place to stay while visiting Cooperstown! »

« This was the perfect location for my mom and I to stay while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Just as advertised, it was 10-12mins away so we could easily go back and forth as needed. Frank and Lucy (the owners) were lovely and just the right balance of friendly/helpful while giving you your space. Clean, convenient and picturesque. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »
