« Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »

« Great location for where we needed to be. 5 minute walk to the rink. 3 floor walk up may be a challenge. Food and excellent restaurants close by. Knead to eat , best breakfast place! Tailor and Bakercwas a great choice for dinner. Nina’s pizza was out of this world great!! We used on street parking the entire weekend. Thank you to our host! »

« We really enjoyed staying here during recent weekend in Cooperstown. It was a good size for our group (2 adults 2 kids) and we loved how peaceful the area was. We could walk to the cider mill and had easy access to Cooperstown. The information provided by the hosts was helpful, with lots of great ideas for things to do and places to eat. The only downside of our stay was that the apartment needed to be better cleaned - there were dirty towels in the shower from previous guests, and more...

« This was the perfect location for my mom and I to stay while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Just as advertised, it was 10-12mins away so we could easily go back and forth as needed. Frank and Lucy (the owners) were lovely and just the right balance of friendly/helpful while giving you your space. Clean, convenient and picturesque. I would definitely stay here again. »
