« Very close to everything we needed. Stunning views from the lookout. Gorgeous sunsets. The shower is amazing. »

« Nice cozy place. We enjoyed the property which was close to Woodstock but very private. The house was clean with a full kitchen and a grill for eating in. We were lucky to have great weather and sat on the deck and enjoyed the view. The house has a fire place which would be great for cool autumn evenings and during winter. We very much enjoyed our stayed. »

« This cottage was ideally placed in a quiet neighborhood, but within a short driving distance to Lime Rock Park and the village center of Lakeville. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable, well-stocked with essentials (towels, toilet paper, coffee maker filters, etc.), and there was plenty of off street parking. Once the host and I made contact, she responded quickly to my questions. »

« What a lovely spot! Beds were so so comfortable and everything was perfect. We attended a wedding just a mile or so down the road so the location was incredible. One thing to note is that the bathroom is in one of the rooms so if two couples went it might be awkward if everyone isn’t 100% comfortable with each other. »

« Awesome property! If you want a quiet, relaxing experience, this is the place for you! Hiking trails galore. Our host was VERY responsive to any of our questions. Cottage was charming and roomy for 4 adults. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool but it looked refreshing!! Looking forward to another stay here. »

« Cheryl’s place is a lovely cottage near the lake. We loved everything they did to make our stay more enjoyable, from many pairs of water shoes (definitely helpful for swimming!) to folding chairs, floats, and many different coffee-making options. We also loved the wind chimes and napping bed on the screened-in porch.The swimming was good, although it’s a busy lake with many motor boats. We had some long swims and the water was warm / comfortable. It’s best to swim near shore to avoid the boats....

« This was a beautiful little cottage, very clean and modern, with everything you could need. Location was great, easy to get to, and close to so many great restaurants. We especially loved that it was pet-friendly! We had a great time and hope to be back soon! »
