« Best stay ever! The cottage was super cozy and cute! Meticulously decorated with a country vibe and felt welcomed. Super clean and felt safe using kitchen supplies. A very sweet hand written card with farm fresh eggs and a cute succulent was a nice surprise. When going for a walk to the river, all of the friendly neighbors waved at us! That doesn’t happen in NYC. We enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure. »

« This was a perfect fit for visiting nearby family. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sounds of a babbling brook. The property’s offerings were great inside and out. Although Wi-Fi is available, there was virtually no cell service. (of which the host warned us) if communicating with anyone with an android, be prepared to use an app like messenger or WhatsApp. Overall, I would definitely stay again. »

« This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream. »

« Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. « We had a wonderful time staying at Hill House on Hubert. It is a lovely house with everything you need for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend away. The decor is contemporary with cozy accents.
