« Clean, cute, cozy. We enjoyed our keurig flavored coffee each am that hostess provided. Communication was prompt and clear. Loved the wrought iron industrial touches. Very safe and quiet area. Parking suv and kayak trailer comfortable on site! Kitchen well aupplied. Bathroom products so nice, I made sure to locate and buy on way home! Thank you for a delightful stay. »

« This is the best place I have ever stayed. Check-in and check-out were simple and Kathy made sure to ask if we needed anything. This really made my wife's birthday and our anniversary very special. It was like a home away from home with no stress. Very safe and quiet. Everything was spotless. Living room TV was huge and very clear. I was able to activate my Netflix very easily and watch whatever I wanted. The sofa was extremely comfortable. It was very close to both Turning Stone and Vernon...

« We had a good time walking around town. It was close to everything. The apartment was cozy and met all of our needs except the daily news. We are "seniors" and technology comes hard to us. It would have been nice to have cable channels. Thank you for the Lily Pad and its good location. »

« The place was very nice and had everything you needed for a great stay for 2 nights. It was extremely clean, and the property manager got back to me very quickly w/all my communications. The neighborhood was below average. We felt safe but just didn't love it. »

« My husband and I came for my son’s graduation. The apartment was nice, perfect for 2 people and just a short drive from Syracuse. »

« The Pink Paradise was a darling place for a girls getaway. We appreciated the lovely pink accents against the soothing grey tones throughout the apartment. The snow outside created a magical backdrop but we were warm and cozy inside enjoying lots of hot cocoa and movie nights. Having a washer and dryer was a plus after a day of snow tubing. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was like a mini spa. Would definitely stay again! »

« We needed a place to rest before helping my sister move out of her dorm. She attends Colgate and it is a 5 minute drive from where we stayed. This was a comfortable place and had everything we needed! »

« Nice location in the heart of Sylvan Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is above The Sandy Pail store. We heard no noise from down below. The entrance is behind an ice cream store and not very attractive. But the apartment is clean, modern, and nicely decorated in a contemporary manner. There is no dishwasher or washer dryer. »

« Zack was an awesome host, great communication. Super convenient location. Buried in all of the reviews, which I admittedly did not read was that the location is above a bar/restaurant that plays music. We attended a live music venue next door, so it was not an issue with us at all. Thanks Zack! »

« The house was very clean & inviting. We arrived in town early. I called the host and they allowed us to check in 2 hours early. We appreciated the info & instructions that were provided in the guest book. The hiouse looked just like the pictures online, and the layout was conducive to family gatherings and game night. »

« Clean, comfortable. Great breakfast/lunch downstairs. Great, fun, friendly pub also downstairs. We had a great time! Thank you! »
