« We truly loved this house/property! New! Clean! Cozy! The Allegheny River is your back yard. It’s truly beautiful. Kitchen was perfect for cooking ( *needs a new light under the stove, really no biggie just an FYI) . Loved the decor inside. If we could pick this house up a put it on our property we would. I want to come back again in the summer and kayak. Wish we could have stayed longer! »

« A problem with the hot water heater was discovered upon our arrival Friday afternoon and reported to the property manager. He immediately addressed the issue and had a crew repair the hot water tank within several hours on Friday evening. Great timely response - having no hot water would have ruined our weekend trip! Online listing says no bed linens/ towels or Wifi provided - we were pleasantly surprised to find all of these were provided!Our family had a great time staying at this cabin....

« My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing getaway, only the second without our kids in 17 years of marriage. The property was comfortable, the hot tub was relaxing, and the setting was beautiful. We woke on our last morning to more than half a foot of lake-effect snow, and the driveway was cleared well before we were ready to leave. We greatly enjoyed the National Comedy Center and Lucy Desi museums in Jamestown, NY. »

« Hot tub was one reason I rented this property, but it was not hot when we arrived, and it took two days to heat up. Whoever the servicing company is should turn it up well before guests arrive. We could have used it thrree days, but only got to use it once by the time it was warm enough. There were many flies in various stages of life; alive, almost dead and dead.
