« This is my favorite hotel to stay at. It's just a beautiful and clean hotel. The front desk staff are always welcoming. During the day, I love having a cocktail at the Carousel Bar, overlooking Chautauqua Lake. Then at night, I can enjoy additional cocktails by the multiple fire pits. »

« I was totally unhappy with the new continental breakfast which included in a bag, a bottle of water and a granola bar you could make yourself oatmeal or have juice, coffee, or waffle. This is not a continental breakfast. I do not like oatmeal. I don’t eat waffles. I know the cost of things have gone up. However, you could do better on this aspect. »

« We have stayed at numerous rental properties around the country and this is now our favorite. Newly renovated and recently available, we were one of the firsts to enjoy this place. Just a fanatastic job in the design, layout and decorating done on this property. It's a perfect set-up for two people with the king bed, full bath and walk-in closet on the loft level.
