« Very nice apartment on the upper floor of a two rental home with shared yard. It was not clear to me that it was upstairs when booking or I likely had taken the downstairs option which appeared vacant. Good comms and they allowed for a late checkout with advance notice. »

« Eric and Derek could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. This was put to a serious test when the unusually frigid temperatures froze the pipes to the bath and shower. They tried to resolve the issue but the single digit temps won out. With no hesitation, they issued a refund to us.The loft was top to bottom sparkling clean and showed great attention to detail and thoughtful design. Excellent location as well.
