« Beautiful space right on Main street in Downtown Warwick. Everything is new and clean. The bed couldn't be any more comfy, and the shower is worth the price of admission ! There's plenty to do in the area & this makes a perfect home base to do it from. The whole transaction was hassle free & we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. « We had a great stay at Fern Pond. The property offers a relaxing, quiet detox from the city. It is about 20-30 minutes from a grocery store but there’s also a bunch of Farm stands in between. The yard was great for our pup as well. Excellent stay, we will be back! »

« The room was cold and very uncomfortable upon arrival. Communication was difficult and unsatisfactory. Two hours later it was still cold. The room was not very clean. It needed vacuuming. There was no info left by the owner at all. After the owner told us to leave if we weren't happy, we found another place to stay. Also, VRBO is supposed to be an entire residence, not a room attached. We could hear their TV. The outside was not very neat, had zero curb appeal, limited parking. There is no...
