« I stayed at this house in Damascus, Pennsylvania from January 1 to 4 through Vrbo, and what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a complete nightmare. On January 3, the propane ran out in the evening, and the heating stopped working entirely. The host knew the gas was low but didn’t bother to arrange for any backup heating options.
