« This property is awesome! The new fishing kayaks are a really great addition, the seats are the most comfortable I've ever been on in a kayak, canoe, or rowboat. The host is amazing and very timely with responses, and was able to help with some minor issues around the house. The property itself is very comfortable, the deck is huge and it's a really nice lookout spot, and the river view is beautiful. « My husband & I have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and do appreciate the upgrades that were made! It was neat & clean with brand new shades, refrigerator & coat hooks. 😉 If needed they also now provided body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower as well as hand soap & lotion. The cabin is always comfortable due to the 2 AC/heating Units but with the new shades it is much easier to access the windows for fresh air. The ceiling fans are helpful too. Its very peaceful & relaxing...

« What a beautiful spot right on the Delaware River. The cabin was very clean and we cooked quite a bit so it was nice to have a full kitchen. I had a little work to do and the wifi was blazing fast. « Great cabin for a ski basecamp. Wood stove and sauna kept us nice and warm. It's on a beautiful secluded forest road, but the road was plowed fairly regularly (it was dumping snow while we were there). The only thing I would suggest is that a bunk bed in the small bedroom would have been a huge improvement... we came with two kids and one had to sleep on the fold out futon, so we couldn't use the kitchen or living room after bedtime. We're definitely going to be back next time we ski Belleayre! »

« I can't say enough about this beautiful, charming little cabin. It was easy to find, secluded but not too remote, clean, spanking new, well equipped, lovely in every way. Super comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and shower pressure. I did not have a chance to make use of the amazing backyard area with its welcoming chairs and fire pit, but if I am ever back this way I will book again. « The place was immaculate! It had anything you could want in a place, very open, full kitchen , beverage fridge , multiple type coffee machines, fully stocked with towels, paper towels, toilet paper. You don’t need to bring anything. Fully handicap accessible bathroom with was great for my sister in a wheelchair when she can to visit. Vince was an incredible host! We will def be staying again in the future. No place around comes even close to how nice, clean, and functional this place was. »

« The land is beautiful, location has great access right to the river, beds were comfortable. The house needs a deep clean. Mouse droppings on both bathroom floors, kitchen cupboards and on top of the fridge. Live mice seen on two of three nights. Huge cobwebs over the main windows, by the tv, all over.
